5. Shipping and Delivery
We cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees unless otherwise specified. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
6. Returns and Refunds
Certain products are Final Sale and nonreturnable, including:
Digital content, licenses, and software
Prepaid cards and gift packaging
Memberships and completed services
Consumables (e.g., ink, batteries, 3D filament)
Items returned in unsanitary or damaged condition or missing major contents

Restocking Fees:
New, Sealed Box: 20%
New, Opened with All Accessories: 30%
New, Missing Accessories/Box: 50%
Used Items (No Longer Needed): Up to 80%
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Tax will be refunded where applicable.
